Pa Sen To八仙果%設計藉由規劃通透的樓梯間，以及改善建築的結構格局，這棟三層樓的透天老宅既擁有順暢動線，也為夫妻二人保留個人空間，搭配彈性使用的區域與可移動式家具，讓簡約裝修的家宅擁有充裕的機動性，在未來長久作為居者的身心歸屬。

Incorporating cool gray tones and metallic elements, we delicately craft a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the world. The balmy wood flooring gently lays out a cozy and homey picture. Paired with carefully selected decoration and vibrant soft furnishings, we seamlessly blend the simplicity and Wabi-Sabi aesthetics of Japanese design with a touch of industrial style, all while retaining a sense of playfulness. Discover the serenity and joy of life anew amidst an environment brimming with sunlight and greenery.

Pa Sen To Design Studio through the thoughtful design of an open stairwell and structural enhancements, this three-story old house seamlessly achieves both smooth flow and the preservation of personal space for the couple. With flexible settings and movable furniture, this minimally adorned home offers ample adaptability, serving as a lasting mental sanctuary for the homeowner.

業主相當喜愛建築因獨棟與內院所具備的寂靜感，此案便將其延伸為核心理念，施作純粹的灰調包覆天壁，讓無天花板設計和軌道燈、金屬梯等物件，配上木格柵與榻榻米臥榻，並以特殊造型或色彩鮮明的軟裝取代固定裝潢，創造出混搭日式、侘寂之美與輕工業風的特殊風景，且帶有活潑童趣，同時回應品牌堅持的環保目標，除了必要裝修之外，皆以家具、飾品表現居者的個性與品味，具備變動彈性，也有效降低施工造成的環境污染。

The homeowners greatly appreciated the tranquility that comes with standalone architecture and an inner courtyard. This admiration became the core concept for this project. We strategically envelop the space in pure gray tones, with an open ceiling design complemented by track lighting, metal fixtures, timber grid partition, and tatami mats. Rather than fixed decor, we introduce soft furnishings with unique shapes and vibrant colors, brilliantly creating a fusion of Japanese Wabi-Sabi aesthetics, loft-style elements, and a touch of whimsy. Furthermore, in alignment with the brand's commitment to sustainability, we prioritize environmental responsibility. Beyond essential construction, we meticulously opt for furnishing and decorations to display the homeowners' personalities and tastes, ensuring flexibility and reducing the environmental impact of traditional renovation practices.

善用老屋本身錯落有致的二十個窗景，在室內與窗戶通往的多個陽台點綴業主鍾愛的綠植，並選用兼顧隱私與調光彈性的百葉簾，讓日照光影與綠意為空間帶來生命力。建材選擇方面，全屋採用可觸摸且抗污的立體灰泥塗料，搭配水泥感寫真板、厚實的實木階梯與粗獷的木地板，統一觸感與視覺，表現時光留下的雋永痕跡。

We successfully make the most of the twenty charming windows in this old house, connecting the indoors with several balconies adorned with the homeowner's beloved green plants. Privacy and lighting control are achieved through the use of blinds, allowing sunlight and lush greenery to bring about vitality. Regarding the choice of building materials, the overall design features tactile and stain-resistant plaster coating. It is paired with cement-like panels, robust solid wood staircases, and rustic wooden flooring, creating a harmonious blend of textures and visuals. The cohesive design delicately creates an atmosphere that beautifully captures the timeless traces left by the passage of time.

為了使三層樓均保持通透明亮，因此拆除不必要的隔間，將收納機能隱藏入建築本體，而契合工業風的無天花板設計與二、三樓間輕巧的金屬梯，也為此地保留了最舒適的高度與場域完整度。此外，考量業主低調、喜歡安靜的性格，便善用樓層分隔讓夫妻各自保有私人生活，共用的客廳、餐廚區與三樓主臥皆由樓梯動線串連，一樓則增設以男主人為主的多功能室，並鋪設的榻榻米區，使兩人年老後不便上下樓梯時也能在此就寢。

We remove unnecessary partitions and cleverly integrate storage space into the architectural structure to maintain sufficient natural light and an open layout throughout all three floors. The loft-style design with an open ceiling and the concise metal staircase connecting the second and third floors preserve a comfortable ceiling height and overall spatial integrity. Furthermore, considering the homeowner's understated and quiet personality, the floor plan was strategically divided to allow each resident to have private living spaces. The shared living room, dining area, and third-floor master bedroom are all interconnected by the staircase. Additionally, a multifunctional room, primarily for the male homeowner, was added on the first floor, complete with a tatami area, ensuring a comfortable sleeping arrangement for both in their later years when climbing stairs might become challenging.

進入玄關，自混泥土水泥地的日式「土間」，步至架高的木地板拖鞋區，轉換回到家中的舒緩心情，一旁的隱藏式鞋櫃、穿鞋椅，以及壁面上的琴鍵造型衣架，則讓出入家門更為順暢便利。準備走上二樓，溫潤的暖色系木質梯間，巧妙平衡周圍灰牆的冷調，讓人懷抱溫暖的心情，進入與家人共處的主要空間。

Upon entering the house, stepping from the earthy concrete flooring of Japanese earthen floors (Tataki) onto the elevated wooden floor of the drop zone, one can seamlessly transition into the soothing ambiance of the home. The hidden shoe cabinet, a comfortable seating bench for changing shoes, and the piano key-shaped coat rack on the wall make a convenient entryway. Strolling up to the second floor, the balmy wooden stair artfully balances the cool tones of the surrounding gray walls. It results in a homely and comfortable situation and sets the mood for entering the primary living spaces shared with family.

多功能室的軟裝選配精緻而復古，並帶有特殊配色與輕工業風，契合業主身為懷舊動畫師的品味；入口右側則特別架高一處舖設榻榻米，搭配高度合宜的天花板設計，為兼具小憩、儲物與客房功能臥榻區，打造出將生活框景的視覺效果。落地窗外的庭院，以大型植栽為前景，樓梯繞道為背景，加上百葉窗引入的自然天光，由內而外疊加景緻，呈現簡雅而帶有層次感的寂靜畫面。

The interior setting in the multifunctional room are carefully curated with a touch of vintage charm and unique color palettes, perfectly aligning with the homeowner's taste as an animator. On the right side of the entrance, a raised platform with tatami flooring and a well-designed ceiling provides a multifunctional space that serves as a cozy nook, storage area, and guest room, brilliantly creating a stunning focal point in the living area. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, a courtyard with large plants in the foreground, stairways winding in the background, and the natural daylight filtering through the blinds all come together to create an elegant and layered view, presenting a serene and picturesque setting from the inside out.

二、三樓的懸空金屬梯，為餐廳注入光影流動感與視覺穿透性，而此處作為全屋的中心區，其選材混搭了木皮、純銅、混泥土和鐵件，並搭配水波紋大理石餐桌與皮革餐椅，匯聚屋中所有的建材元素於此，相互融合、碰撞。一旁通往客廳的階梯，善用了建物原有高低差結構，設計兼具扶手功能的書櫃，上方為多肉植物花台，將綠意引作家宅的核心，表現屋主對植栽的熱愛，以及與自然共生的生活理念。

The suspended metal staircase connecting the second and third floors brings about the interplay of light and shadows and unimpeded views to the dining area. This space serves as the central hub of the house, creatively blending materials such as wood veneer, pure copper, concrete, and ironwork. Accompanied by a ripple marble dining table and leather dining chairs, it harmoniously brings together all the material elements of the house, allowing them to merge and interact with each other. The adjacent staircase to the living room ingeniously utilizes the original building's level differences. We strategically incorporate a bookshelf with handrails and fix up a succulent plant display platform above. This design successfully showcases the owner's love for greenery and embodies a harmonious coexistence with nature as a core philosophy of living.

與餐廳的水波紋大理石餐桌遙相呼應，客廳選用帶有水墨感的掛畫與圓地毯，配上一座色彩活潑亮眼的藍綠色弧形沙發，讓家人共處時更具凝聚感；對面的電視牆突破制式的方形樣式，以鐵件懸吊圓形量體，猶如復古鐘擺的造型，在方正空間中是獨一無二的視覺焦點，且帶有家庭圓滿的象徵意義。

The ripple marble dining table in the dining area perfectly works in concert with the design theme in the living room, where ink-inspired artworks and a circular rug set the stage. Besides, we complemented a vibrant blue-green curved sofa to foster a stronger sense of togetherness among family members during their shared moments. Across from this inviting space, the TV wall breaks free from conventional rectangular patterns. Instead, it features a suspended circular structure made of iron, resembling the look of a vintage pendulum clock. In the midst of a rectangular room, it stands as a unique visual focal point, symbolizing the completeness of the family unit.

回應輕裝修的理念，主臥於睡眠區前裝設一座活動式格柵，能依需求改變間距，滿足隱私性與穿透感，並調節冷氣風量；床鋪旁的兩座造型立燈，可在夜晚時單獨開啟，自轉角暈染光線至整間臥室，相當溫暖浪漫。

According to the concept of minor renovation, an adjustable gird partition is installed in front of the sleeping area in the master bedroom. It allows for customization of spacing to meet privacy needs while maintaining a sense of openness. Moreover, it serves as a means to regulate airflow from the air conditioning. Flanking the bed are two uniquely designed floor lamps. These lamps can be independently illuminated during the night, diffusing soft, romantic light throughout the bedroom, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.
