House with streamlined arc interior

本案為新建單層住宅，有鑒於原格局較為零碎封閉，且不符使用者需求，因此第一步進行牆線微調，包括將二房合一，打造主臥室多段銜接的Ｌ型動線，其次將原封閉廚房打開，增設中島搭配靈活玻璃介質，兼顧放大視野與提升人、空間互動性，而與客廳並列的多功能書房規劃，不只增加休閒選項，實際坪效亦大幅升級！

This case is a newly built single-story residence. Because the original layout is relatively fragmented and closed, it does not meet the needs of users. Therefore, the first step is to fine-tune the wall line, including combining the two rooms into one to create an L-shaped moving line that connects multiple sections of the master bedroom. Secondly, we opened the original closed kitchen and added an island with a flexible glass medium. Both magnify the field of vision and enhance the interaction between people and space. And the multi-functional study planning side by side with the living room not only increases leisure options but also highly upgrades the actual area effect!

屋主因職業特性頻繁往返國境，高強度的工作壓力，往往讓人對「家」有更多期許。為了有效舒緩情緒，全宅多處量體如天花板、書桌、更衣室玻璃門、穿衣鏡等均帶入流線弧圓造型，一方面演繹視覺柔軟，一方面隱喻翱翔天際的自由無拘。色彩計劃則特調屋主喜愛的灰墨綠，於玄關揭開迎賓序曲，接著進入與天光相融；大量採用柔白、淺灰、暖木色鋪述的公領域，奠定清朗溫馨且不減個性的主旋律。

The homeowner frequently travels to and from Taiwan and other countries due to his professional need. High-intensity work pressure often makes people have more expectations of "home." To effectively relieve emotions, many parts of the house, such as the ceiling, desks, glass doors in the dressing room, and full-length mirrors, we all designed to bring into streamlined arc shapes. On the one hand, it interprets the visual softness, and on the other hand, it metaphors the freedom of flying in the sky. We specially adjusted the dark-gray green that the homeowner liked, opened the welcoming prelude at the entrance, and entered harmony with the daylight for the color selection. And we use numerous soft white, light gray, and warm wood to layout the public domain, which has established the primary theme of refreshing and cheerful, genial, and undiminished personality.

玄關地坪採用花磚，兼具集塵和美感，並與公領域人字拼木地板區隔裡外。公領域多處牆面選用清水模塗料，低調灰階質地十分療癒，更是襯托傢俱、軟裝的絕佳佈景。

The entryway floor adopted pattern tiles, which have both dust collection and aesthetic feeling and also separated it inside and out from the herringbone wood floor area in the public domain. We painted many walls in the common field with architectural concrete coating, with low-key grayscale texture, which is very healing. It is also an exceptional composition to set off furniture and soft decoration.

玄關特製一座拱圓形端景，附加照明、小物鞋類收納和穿鞋區、登機箱置放等功能，端景對牆面貼雙色鏡，延展景深也添靈動況味。與廚區中島銜接的弧型連續面內藏收納，巧妙安置冰箱、修飾結構柱並消除傳統櫃體的銳角壓迫。書房兩側用來隔間的玻璃門都可收疊於造型牆內，確保空間感毫無贅述。

We made a customized circular arch vista in the entryway, which has additional functions such as lighting, storage and shoe area for small objects and shoes, and storage of luggage cases. We pasted the wall opposite the vista with a two-color mirror to extend the depth of the field, but it also added an inspiring situation. The arc continuous to surface that connects with the island in the kitchen area is built-in storage to cleverly placed the refrigerator to modify the structural columns and eliminating the pressing of the acute angle of the traditional cabinet. The glass doors used as compartments on both sides of the study can fold into the modeling wall to prevent wasting the space.

客廳不做固定式主牆，改以輕巧金屬軸壁掛電視，並提供九十度轉向的觀賞半徑，搭配投影設備與吊隱式布幕，提供多樣化的視聽娛樂。書房靠窗設置休閒臥榻，榻下為實用收納，軟榻兩側、上方皆以木質包覆，猶如搖籃般的舒適安全感，體現人本設計心理學。

Instead of making a fixed main wall in the living room, we used a lightweight metal shaft to hang a TV. We also provided a 90-degree viewing radius, matching projection equipment, and a suspending hidden screen to provide diversified audio-visual entertainment. The study is equipped with a leisure couch by the window, and under the bed is for practical storage. Both sides and the top of the soft couch are covered with wood like a cradle of comfort and security, reflecting the humanistic design psychology.

書房和廚區都採用事前強化承重；並搭配特殊軌道、五金的玻璃拉門輔助界定，保有視覺通透和家人互動性的同時，也能適度維護隱私、避免烹煮時油煙散逸。主浴精選多款磚材作活潑幾何拼接，空間邊角另以金屬材質包邊，展現低奢飯店風情。

We employed pre-reinforced load-bearing in the study and kitchen area. The glass sliding door with special rails and hardware assists the dividing while maintaining visual transparency and family interaction. It can also moderately keep privacy and prevent oily smoke from escaping during cooking. The main bathroom selected a variety of brick materials to splice with lively geometry. We covered the corners of the space with metal materials to show the style of a low luxury hotel.
