本案為淺齡單層住宅改造，室內面積約90平方米。規劃第一步先根據使用者需求，進行細緻的全區格局微調，包括玄關巧用造型高櫃拉長牆線，一方面活用磚、木地板的材質差異，打造迎賓場域的完整性和內外區隔，同時藉櫃體挖空技巧，於保留適度通透感的前提下，巧妙屏障直入餐、廚的視線干擾。

This project is the renovation of a single-storey residence having a young house age, with an indoor area of about 90 square meters. The first step to the planning was conducting fine overall layout adjustments based on the user needs, including extending the wall at the foyer by ingeniously using a stylish high cabinet, utilizing the difference in the materials of the tiles and the wooden flooring to create a sense of completeness for the guest-welcoming area and separating the interior from the exterior, as well as using the hollowed technique of the cabinet to maintain an adequate amount of openness, while ingeniously shielding the vision leading directly to the dining room and the kitchen.

接著將客廳左側書房實牆，改為量感輕盈且放大效果顯著的鐵件玻璃介質，以爭取公領域極大化的廣角景深，並透過改動書房、內退主臥的進出門向，前者令餐廚區得以完美整合冰箱、電器櫃等必要設備，後者則用來延展電視牆面寬，並為主臥動線建立更好的隱私餘裕。

The solid wall of the study room on the left of the living room is replaced with iron and glass materials with a lighter feel, offering an obvious enlarging effect in order to obtain a maximized depth of field for the public zone; moreover, the alteration of the direction of the door to the study room allows for perfect integration of the necessary facilities such as the fridge and the cabinet of the electrical appliances in the dining room and the kitchen, while the retrieved door to the master bedroom extends the width of the television wall, as well as establishing better privacy for the circulation of the master bedroom.

全案風格設定著重調和男、女主的個別喜好，大範圍的灰階、暖木色賦予整個場域舒適恆溫，其間親自然的木、石、類灰泥質地，與流露時尚工業況味的洗鍊金屬構件、輕奢皮革等元素，彼此碰撞、對話、包容、調和，透過不同材質之間的層次演繹，讓感官的美宛若無聲音符，時刻於空氣中恣意流淌，是為剛柔並濟的深刻體現。

The style of the project has been set to emphasize the individual preferences of the male and the female owners; the large scope of grey tone and warm wood colors endow the entire venue with a comfortable temperature, while the natural wood, stone, and mortar-like textures collide, converse, tolerate, and reconcile with elements including the modern industrial rugged sophisticated metal components and light luxurious leather, where the layered performance between the different materials allow the sensual beauty to resemble silent music notes that flow in the air freely at all times; it is a profound demonstration of coupling hardness with softness.
