設計概念 Design Concept
漫步街角，一道別緻斜面門扉映入眼簾，內裡光影若隱若現，低訴著神秘的邀約，引人不禁想一探究竟。推門入內，眼前展開一幅令人屏息場景——中央圓弧狀吧台如一輪皓月般靜靜佇立，其下方玻璃地景流淌著晶瑩剔透光澤，鋪陳的白色礫石舒展著山水意境；抬眼望去，展示架盤旋似雲，燈光閃爍如星，燈籠懸掛若月，來客或坐或立，觥籌交錯間，目光所及皆是傳統工藝與現代技術激盪出的璀璨火花。
環繞中心吧台的強化玻璃地景之下，白石岩板交織成詩意盎然的山水畫卷，幽微的低位燈光如皎月般灑落其間，將日式庭園的清雅意境巧妙融入室內。帝特設計 品牌總監 趙國豪、設計總監 楊翊 運用材質對比，仿鐵鏽藝術塗料如行雲流水般點綴門面，金屬格柵的剛毅佐以藤編座椅的柔韌，共同演繹日式氛韻中對自然的崇敬禮讚。晝夜更迭之際，空間氛圍隨光影流轉，和風雅致漸次轉化為科幻迷離，呈現跨越時空的優雅蛻變，為賓客展開一場跨越東西、融匯古今的沉浸式美學盛宴。
As you wander around the corner, an artfully angled doorway catches the eye, exuding a serene sophistication that irresistibly draws you in. A subtle interplay of soft light casts an inviting aura, hinting at hidden stories within. Stepping through a mesmerizing scene unfolds—a central circular bar counter, poised and radiant like a full moon, embodies a composed, brilliant elegance. Beneath, a glass floor gleams with crystalline clarity, a bed of white pebbles that conjure the tranquility of a mountainous landscape. Above, open shelves spiral gracefully, reminiscent of drifting clouds, while soft lights sparkle like stars, and suspended lanterns evoke the mystique of the moon. Guests engage in lively conversation whether seated or standing, their presence merging effortlessly into an environment where traditional craftsmanship meets modern innovation, creating an enchanting tapestry of artistry and cultural allure.
Beneath the central bar, tempered glass flooring unveils a poetic landscape of white stone slabs that evoke the serenity of a tranquil mountain vista. Subtle, low lighting diffuses through the space like moonlight, skillfully evoking the spirit of a Japanese garden brought indoors. Daytona interiors brand director Zhao Guo hao and design director Yang Yi designed a harmonious interplay of contrasting materials: the rust-effect artistic coating on the entrance complements the sturdy metal grid partitions. At the same time, the woven rattan chairs offer a soft, organic contrast—an homage to nature within a meticulously refined Japanese aesthetic. As day yields to night, the ambiance transforms with the shifting light, gracefully evolving from serene elegance to a dreamlike, avant-garde atmosphere. This seamless transition immerses guests in an aesthetic journey that harmonizes East and West, tradition and modernity, guiding them through a sophisticated exploration of time and space.

Dynamic Lighting with Dual Ambiance Experience
本案運用電腦智控燈光系統，於一日之間呈現截然不同的場景風情。晝間，日式燈籠與軟膜燈柔光輕灑，替原木餐桌、藤編座椅披上溫潤光暈，渲染濃郁和風意境；入夜後，可變色燈帶、線性光束加入，共同編織出絢麗光彩，搭配圓弧吧台、金屬鐵件格柵等現代元素，轉化為充滿未來感的賽博場域，為賓客打造晝夜各異的獨特體驗。
The design team skillfully employs computer-controlled home lighting in this project to create a dynamic interplay of atmospheres across the day. In daylight, the soft glow of Japanese lanterns and diffused membrane lighting gently illuminates natural wood dining tables and wicker seating, infusing the space with the warmth of Japanese aesthetics. As evening falls, color-changing strip lights and sleek linear beams weave through the design, casting vibrant hues that transform the environment into a futuristic, cyber-inspired setting. Complemented by elements such as the gracefully curved bar and metallic grid partition, this lighting scheme offers a dual experience—a seamless transition from serene daytime elegance to the captivating allure of night.
動線規劃 靈活彈性兼備
Seamless Flow and Adaptive Flexibility
為實現服務人員全場無死角地關照賓客需求，空間配置以圓弧狀吧台為核心工作區，左右兩側規劃餐桌區域，透過將吧台設置兩處出入口，使員工進出更加順暢，提升服務效率。因應不同來賓數量，用餐區選用可輕鬆搬動的矩形餐桌，透過靈活組合輕易應對。整體打造出動線明確、運作高效的理想場域。
To ensure seamless service and unobstructed attention to guests, the layout meticulously centers around a circular bar as the primary work zone, flanked by dining areas on both sides. Dual access points at the bar facilitate smooth movement for staff, enhancing service efficiency. In the dining area, rectangular tables are designed for easy repositioning, enabling effortless reconfiguration to suit varying group sizes. This well-defined layout promotes efficient operation, strategically establishing an ideal setting that balances flexibility and flow.
用心選材 永續經營為重
Thoughtful Material Selection for Sustainable Operation
設計建材為場域的永續營運奠定良基，體現於設計師對原料的選擇格外考究。採用以石粉、石灰為基底的藝術塗料，更能調節空間濕度並具備除菌功效；木作材質則嚴選符合F1等級規範的低甲醛環保用料，展現團隊對環境與健康的高度重視。牆面、地坪亦具防火功能，衛浴設備更符合節水標章規範，處處彰顯長久經營的用心。
A carefully selected array of sustainable materials supports long-term operational goals, reflecting the team’s commitment to environmental and health standards. Artful wall finishes, derived from stone powder and limestone, regulate humidity and offer antibacterial properties. At the same time, wood materials meet stringent F1-grade low formaldehyde requirements, underscoring the team’s dedication to eco-friendly design. Fire-resistant wall and floor finishes and water-saving certified bathroom fixtures further emphasize a meticulous approach to sustainability and longevity in every detail.

Store Front
店門斜角切面的入口設計流露前衛美感，品牌標誌以斜角之姿破空而出，溫暖聚焦頂光為其描繪明暗層次，將東方美學昇華為視覺焦點。下方搭配兩側展示櫃中的竹影與碎石，在暖黃嵌燈映照下，呈現日式庭園意境。門扉以仿鐵鏽藝術塗料妝點，呼應內部金屬材質，佐搭錯落有致的窺景小窗，引發路人好奇探望，為空間注入神秘氣韻。
The angled entrance reveals an avant-garde aesthetic, where the brand’s logo boldly emerges from a diagonal cut, making a dynamic, eye-catching statement. A warm, focused top light casts delicate contrasts, elevating Eastern aesthetics into a striking visual focal point. Flanking display cases showcase bamboo silhouettes and scattered gravel, evoking the calm ambiance of a Japanese garden under soft amber lighting. The door is finished with a rust-effect artistic coating, perfectly resonates with the interior’s metal accents and features, carefully placed peek-a-boo windows to entice passersby with a sense of mystery, infusing the space with an irresistible allure that beckons exploration.
吧台工作區
Bar Counter & Working Area
吧台以深色天然石材打造台面，搭配質樸的仿石皮立面，流露沉穩靜謐之姿；入夜後，暖色燈光轉為冷調霓虹，讓和風意境瞬間化身未來街景，展現空間的雙重風貌。正面處設置以鐵鏽藝術塗料為底的端景台，展示流水觀音，其下方構築強化玻璃地景，鋪陳晶瑩剔透的白色鵝卵石與典雅岩板，在低位燈光的勾勒下，宛若一方袖珍日式枯山水庭園，與觀音像的寧靜相映，譜寫空間的禪意優雅。
The bar counter is crafted from dark natural stone and encased in a textured faux-stone finish, emanating a sense of calm and grounded stability. As night descends, warm lighting shifts to cool neon hues, transforming the ambiance from Japanese tranquility to the vibrant allure of a futuristic streetscape. An accent stand, coated in a rust-effect artistic finish, showcases a serene Guanyin statue set against a tempered glass landscape adorned with glistening white pebbles and refined stone panels. Illuminated from below, this setting, reminiscent of a miniature dry landscape garden, mirrors the tranquility of the statue, merging Zen elegance with serene sophistication.
用餐區
Seating Area
吧台兩側用餐區域皆挑高天花板，由階梯造型次第向兩側延展，線性燈帶佐搭日式燈籠在空中交織出光影層次。原木方桌搭配黑色藤編座椅彰顯質樸自然，每張餐桌上方懸掛的特製吊燈，以和紙工藝為造型靈感，柔光透過紙面輕輕流淌，底部暗藏的投射燈又將溫潤光暈灑落餐桌，兼具和風美感與實用性。
The seating areas flanking the bar are distinguished by high ceilings and tiered steps that extend outward, creating a sense of spaciousness and elevation. Overhead, linear lighting bands and suspended Japanese lanterns interweave to create a sophisticated, layered lighting effect. Natural wooden tables paired with black rattan chairs emphasize rustic warmth and a connection to nature. Meanwhile, custom pendant lights, inspired by the art of washi paper craftsmanship, cast a soft, inviting glow over the tables. Hidden spotlights concealed beneath these fixtures gently illuminate the dining surfaces, balancing traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern functionality.
