喚醒海的記憶 圍塑螺紋建築

螺殿 Shell Palace

亞里斯多德曾說：「一切藝術，都是對自然形態與內在本質的模仿。」

Aristotle had once stated: “all art is the imitation of natural form and intrinsic nature.”

而本案的設計靈感，除了取材基地近海，試圖在周邊林立高樓陣列中，突顯城市裡的圓融海洋點之外，也源於設計者透過自然界生態觀察，最終以人造環狀量體結合鸚鵡螺剖面的黃金比例、演化仿生概念，一舉顛覆傳統建築多以水平、垂直為主的制式型思考。

Other than having the base close to the sea, attempting to accentuate the smooth marine point in the city amongst the great number of tall buildings, the design inspiration for this project also originated from the designer’s observations towards the natural ecology, which has eventually adopted the combination between an artificial circular volume, the golden ratio of the cross-section of a nautilus, as well as the concept of evolution and biomimicry, thereby subverting the standard thinking model of conventional buildings which focus mainly on horizontal and vertical contours.

此案商業目的以房產銷售為主述，附帶強化品牌形象的潛意義，建築總高八米、室內佔地500餘平方米，外觀純白皮層以類砂礫塗料施作，晴空下格外耀眼，而弧型面的分段交疊、幾何漸層變化、等高線進退差、中空量體圓半徑如何拿捏等等議題，皆經過多次細膩的電腦模擬與團隊集思廣益，堪稱工程實作最大挑戰，而完成後無論側寫、鳥瞰都極其生動的螺紋意象，不僅引發觀者好奇心、替靜固量體增添流動感；也創造充滿想像的童話魅力。

The commercial purpose of this project is mainly on real estate marketing, as well as the potential meaning of reinforcing the brand image. The building is 8m in height, with an indoor area of over 500m2. The pure white external shell constructed with gravel-like coating appears exceptionally dazzling under the sunny sky, while the topics including how to obtain the ideal segmented overlapping of arc surfaces, the geometric gradual variations, the differences between the contours, and the radius of the hollow circular volume have all been through several detailed computer simulations and brainstorming from the team, make it the greatest challenge for the actual construction of the engineering. However, after the completion, the extremely vivid spiral image can be observed either from the side or from above, not only stirring up the audiences’ curiosity and introducing a dynamic sentiment to the static volume, but also further creating the fairytale charm filled with imaginations.

建築中心以挑空天井、象徵生命起源的水元素－噴泉呈現，動線流暢的日光迴廊擁抱豐盈綠帶借景入內，環形串接的室內空間則融入如海浪般層疊起伏意象，包括取法珠貝骨骼的拱形天頂、模型台為珍珠·、序列延伸的淺色木格柵隱喻沙灘節理，加上錯落懸掛的飄逸水母燈，以及陣容浩大宛若魚群的繽紛玻璃燈帶相互輝映，一個機趣盎然的海洋生態系，或者說是一座廣義的家，蔚然成型。

The center of the building is presented with an open courtyard, as well as a fountain – the water element symbolizing the source of life; the smooth circulation of the sunlight corridor embraces the rich greenbelt inside, while the circularly connected indoor space is rather fused with the rising and falling image of waves, incorporating the arched ceiling imitating shell skeleton. The model house stands resembling the pearl, the sequential extension of light-colored wooden grids implying the texture of a beach, as well as the randomly suspended jellyfish lights that mutually reflect with the colorful glass lights resembling great numbers of fish, such that a lively marine ecology system or a generalized home has been formed.
